How the sync works
Two-way sync, not a fire-and-forget webhook
Bugpot writes the report into ClickUp and then watches for changes coming back — status, comments and closes — so the two systems stay in step without anyone re-typing anything.

Reports become tasks in the list you pick, with the screenshot attached and the environment block in the description.

Task status changes update the Bugpot report, and comments mirror both ways.

Every Bugpot field has a home in ClickUp. The defaults are sensible; you can remap any of them from the workspace settings if your setup names things differently.

Setup
Five steps, about five minutes
The whole thing runs through OAuth — you don’t paste tokens, and Bugpot only requests the scopes it needs to create issues and read status changes.
In Bugpot, open Settings → Integrations and click Connect ClickUp.
Authorise Bugpot via OAuth and choose the list that receives new tasks.
Map Bugpot statuses to columns or stages in ClickUp.
Decide whether comments in ClickUp post back into the Bugpot thread — on by default.
Send a test report and check the task appears with the screenshot attached.
